Where suspension is pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. zhibo88 management's decisions regarding account closure are final.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met and no transactions are pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
